**Job: Planning System Analyst**
**Location: Spring TX**
**Duration: 12 Months**
**Rate: $65-$70/hr.**
Seeking a Planning Systems Analyst to support and optimize IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) in a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on improving performance of Excel-based and PA models, designing scalable planning structures, and ensuring end-to-end system reliability. Responsibilities include TM1 model development, Turbo Integrator automation, PAW/PAfE reporting, and platform configuration across Windows Server and OpenShift. The analyst will troubleshoot performance and data issues while driving automation and optimization. Strong collaboration with business and technical teams is essential.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Select, design, and implement solutions to improve the performance of complex Excel based models running in IBM Planning Analytics Local.
+ Develop and enhance TM1 models, including creation of new cubes, dimensions, rules, and performance optimization strategies.
+ Build, modify, and maintain planning and reporting assets through Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
+ Create and maintain Turbo Integrator (TI) processes to support data loads, transformations, and automation.
+ Configure and maintain IBM Planning Analytics Local and Planning Analytics Workspace on Windows Server and OpenShift environments.
+ Maintain documentation for system configurations, TI processes, data flows, and infrastructure requirements.
+ Diagnose and resolve system configuration, performance, or data-related issues in collaboration with business and technical teams.
+ Identify and implement opportunities for automation, performance tuning, and process optimization.

+ Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE)
+ Turbo Integrator (TI) scripting
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot performance and data issues.
+ Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
**Desirable Competencies**
+ Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model structure, data imports, and reporting.
+ Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing concepts, including schema design, performance optimization, and data pipelines.
+ Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation scripts.
+ Experience creating Power BI dashboards and data models, including data preparation and transformation activities.

+ Proficiency with Planning Analytics Workspace or Planning Analytics for Excel
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot performance and data issues.
