Planning & Documentation Engineer Job ID 226583 Posted 25-Jun-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction Location(s) Bengaluru - Karnataka - India **Objectives of this role** + Implement Documentation Management within the Project/Program/Bid organization (in Leading Unit and coordinate in all Participating Units). + Monitor complete Project/ Program/Bid Documentation and execute Documentation Life Cycle with the Documentation Master List (DML) + Support the Project/Program/Bid Documentation Manager (PrDM) of the relevant Project/Program/Bid + Check internal validation (AVVA) of documents before submission to Customer. + Accountable that the Project Documentation is properly archived + Proactive role in the Project / Program / Bid in terms of implementation of documentation culture. **Responsibilities** + Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans. + Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather project specifications and requirements. + Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. + Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. + Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. + Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. + Identify potential risks and issues related to project schedules and suggest mitigation strategies. + Maintain accurate project documentation and records. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, electrical and mechanical or related field. + 5+ years of experience in project planning within the interior fit-out industry. + Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. **Skills** + Project Scheduling + Primavera P6 + MS Project + AutoCAD + Time Management + Risk Assessment + Negotiation + Communication + Attention to Detail CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
