Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Description
This role is vital in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. The individual will manage inventory levels, coordinate production schedules, and maintain effective communication across departments. This position supports the end-to-end supply chain process, from raw material planning to final shipment, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate daily order fulfillment activities, ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and inventory availability.
+ Collaborate with production and logistics teams to schedule and prioritize shipments.
+ Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
+ Work with procurement and planning teams to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts or overages.
+ Review and confirm customer orders based on material availability and production timelines.
+ Communicate proactively with Customer Service to resolve delays or changes.
+ Maintain accurate records in SAP, including order statuses, delivery dates, and material requirements.
+ Ensure master data reflects current MRP parameters.
+ Serve as a liaison between Planning, Production, Procurement, and Customer Service.
+ Provide backup support for planning and goods issue transactions as needed.

Work Environment
This is an onsite role with flexible hours between 7 AM and 6 PM. The position offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for overtime, and potential for upward movement within a growing company.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elyria, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
