We're hiring for a Planning Analyst!
Job Description
Oversee supplier performance metrics, including OTIF, lead time adherence, quality, and responsiveness. Collaborate with Procurement and Material Planning teams to identify gaps and implement improvement strategies. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring supplier issues and define corrective actions. Maintain supplier scorecards and lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews with material planning, production planning, and finance teams to assess inventory and working capital against targets, risks, and forecasts. Identify opportunities to minimize slow-moving and obsolete inventory while ensuring service continuity.
Responsibilities
Drive initiatives that balance working capital objectives with operational efficiency and service goals.Provide actionable insights to the Supply & Production Planning Manager for S&OP and site review processes.Work closely with material planners to review availability, align priorities, and manage escalations to markets.Deliver analysis and reporting on material risks, supply disruptions, and recovery timelines.Support production prioritization and allocation decisions during constrained supply scenarios.Monitor and analyze key planning KPIs, including planned downtime impacts, run strategy attainment, and 'Hot Delivery' costs and impacts.Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and analysis.Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.Strong supplier management skills.Analytical skills for root cause analysis.Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory analysis.Familiarity with SAP and KPI tracking.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with write-offs and data tracking.Must have experience with ERP systems.Experience with SAP is a plus.A degree is required.Optimization experience.Experience presenting data to leadership.Excellent communication skills.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.05 - $38.46/hr.
