**Job Title:** Planner/Scheduler III **Location:** Calgary, AB Our client is seeking a Planner/Scheduler III to join their team. As a Planner/Scheduler III, you will be part of the project controls department supporting project execution and scheduling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Develop, detail, and maintain project schedules for multiple projects managed by the department. + Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goals. + Update baseline and forecast schedules based on project progress and change management inputs. + Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and communicate trends to project management. + Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure schedule adherence and timely project delivery. **Qualifications:** + Four-year university degree, preferably in engineering or a related discipline. + Minimum of 6 years of construction project scheduling experience, preferably within oil and gas - gas midstream. + Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Timeline Pro, and Excel. + Experience with Earned Value Management and schedule performance metrics. + Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects within a dynamic environment. + Collaborative team culture that values innovation and continuous improvement. + Supportive work environment with flexible work arrangements for certain days. + Chance to develop your skills and advance your career in project controls. + Engagement with a diverse and inclusive workplace committed to professional growth.
