Responsibilities
+ Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
+ Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
+ Analyse and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP’s equipment, plants and utilities availability.
+ Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
+ Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
+ Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
+ Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
+ Utilize SAP system, computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
+ Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
+ Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
+ Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules.
+ Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
+ Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
+ 8 + years of relevant field experience with an average of 12 years with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Certified Professional Engineer
