Bath & Body Works is seeking a Planner, Marketplace Supply Chain & Inventory to own demand forecasting, inventory planning, and in-stock health across marketplace channels. This role manages the end-to-end marketplace supply chain, including purchase orders, replenishment cadence, inbound and outbound logistics, and warehouse coordination.

Sitting at the center of forecasting, fulfillment, and execution, this role ensures marketplace inventory is positioned to support growth while minimizing risk, cost, and operational friction.

ResponsibilitiesForecasting & Inventory Planning: Own demand forecasts, inventory targets, and in-stock performance across marketplacesSupply Chain Execution: Manage purchase orders, replenishment cadence, and inbound/outbound logisticsWarehouse & Fulfillment Coordination: Maintain operating rhythm with fulfillment partners, warehouses, and marketplace requirementsOperational Performance: Monitor inventory health, service levels, and aging to balance availability and efficiencyCross-Functional Alignment: Partner with eCommerce, finance, and external operators to support launches and ongoing operations

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or omnichannel supply chain operationsHands-on experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishmentFamiliarity with marketplace fulfillment models (Amazon FBA/FBM, 3PLs, or similar)Strong operational judgment and ability to manage multiple workstreamsClear, structured communication with internal teams and external partnersExperience supporting fast-moving or seasonal product portfoliosExposure to beauty, CPG, or consumer retail supply chainsExperience working with external marketplace operators or logistics partnersStrong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets.Understanding of forecasting methodologies and experience developing and maintaining forecasting models.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automationEducationBachelor's degree preferred
