En tant que Planificateur de Production, vous assurerez un flux fluide des composants traversant leur cycle de réparation tout en optimisant la sortie des livraisons de l'installation MRO de Saint-Hubert pour répondre aux exigences des clients internes et externes. Vous prioriserez et optimiserez la séquence des opérations de fabrication, en abordant et en résolvant les problèmes qui pourraient entraver la production ou la livraison. Dans ce rôle, vous participerez et dirigerez notre transformation de planification. Vous travaillerez avec une direction modérée sur la standardisation des processus et des projets de transformation numérique, possédant une solide compréhension des fondamentaux de votre discipline et rôle, et continuerez à développer vos connaissances spécialisées.
Responsabilités
Développer et maintenir une politique/indicateurs de performance clés tels que la gestion des travaux en cours, le débit de production, la planification de la capacité approximative, la livraison à temps et le respect du calendrier.Développer et gérer le cycle de planification (annuel, mensuel, hebdomadaire, quotidien).Diriger la transformation de la planification et la gestion du changement avec tous les intervenants internes.Communiquer le statut des pièces aux clients internes et externes et faire le suivi des livraisons.Soutenir la ligne de front avec les escalades des clients et les mises à jour quotidiennes du statut des pièces.Diriger les initiatives de transformation et la gestion du changement pour l'optimisation des processus et l'amélioration continue.Compétences Essentielles

You will prioritize and optimize the sequence of manufacturing operations, addressing and resolving issues that could impede production or delivery. In this role, you will also participate and lead our planning transformation. You will work with moderate direction on process standardization and digital transformation projects, possess a solid understanding of the fundamentals of your discipline and role, and continue to develop your specialized knowledge.
Responsibilities
Develop and sustain a policy/KPIs such as WIP management, Production throughput, rough-cut capacity planning, on-time delivery, and schedule adherence.Develop and manage the planning cycle (Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily).Lead the planning transformation and change management with all internal stakeholders.Communicate parts status to both internal and external customers and follow up on deliveries.Support the frontline with customer escalations and daily parts status updates.Lead transformation initiatives and change management for process optimization and continuous improvement.Essential Skills
