Nous recherchons un planificateur de maintenance pour superviser la planification des travaux de maintenance préventive et corrective afin de minimiser l'impact sur la production. Le rôle implique de travailler dans un environnement industriel dynamique, axé sur la maintenance des équipements et des bâtiments.

Responsabilités

Définir les fenêtres optimales pour réaliser les travaux préventifs et correctifs tout en minimisant l'impact sur la production.Planifier les travaux en fonction des priorités et de la disponibilité des équipements et des ressources humaines et matérielles.Effectuer un suivi des travaux de maintenance avec l'équipe technique pour toute l'usine.Intégrer les exigences SSE lors de l'ordonnancement des bons de travail.Élaborer et communiquer le calendrier de maintenance annuel avec les équipes de production.Effectuer le suivi et la publication des indicateurs de performance de maintenance.

Compétences Essentielles

3+ ans d'expérience en tant que planificateur de maintenance.Expérience dans la planification de l'équipement et/ou des bâtiments.Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO).

Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications

DEC dans une discipline technique comme le génie mécanique, la logistique, la mécanique du bâtiment, l'électrotechnique, ou la maintenance industrielle.Expérience solide dans un poste similaire en secteur industriel, l'aéronautique est un atout.Expérience dans un environnement syndiqué.

Environnement De Travail

Vous travaillerez dans un environnement de plancher d'usine, avec des bureaux situés à proximité de la production. Le poste est principalement sur site avec une possibilité de télétravail un jour par semaine.

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee the planning of preventive and corrective maintenance work to minimize production impact. The role involves working in a dynamic industrial environment focused on equipment and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Determine optimal windows for executing preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize production impact.Plan work based on priorities and the availability of equipment and human and material resources.Conduct maintenance work follow-up with the technical team for the entire plant.Integrate SSE requirements when scheduling work orders.Develop and communicate the annual maintenance schedule with production teams.Monitor and publish maintenance performance indicators.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience as a maintenance planner.Experience in planning equipment and/or building maintenance.Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management software (GMAO).

Additional Skills and Qualifications

DEC in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering, logistics, building mechanics, electrotechnics, or industrial maintenance.Solid experience in a similar role within an industrial sector, with aerospace being an asset.Experience in a unionized environment.

Work Environment

You will work in a shop floor environment, with offices located near production. The position is primarily onsite with the possibility of remote work one day a week.
