Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:

Placement Manager

We will rely on you to:

Assist senior Placement colleagues with analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.Cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.Draft proposal components that help more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.Manage insurer relationship and monitor KPI to ensure performance delivery by the insurers.Support senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under close supervision.Run analytics and evaluate clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.Conduct remarketing to prepare and propose recommendations on the best solution to our clients.Involved in projects to uplift revenue, improve efficiency and work processes.

What you need to have: 

Keen interest in field of employee benefits.To perform the role, candidate must clear all 6 papers in order to apply licensing.Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work on a team.Demonstrable ability or interest in data cleaning, analysis, and recordkeeping.MAS qualification is required for this role.
