We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Placement team(达信排分团队). This role will be based in Tianjin.
We will count on you to:
Assist in collecting and analyzing insurance and reinsurance market information, and in monitoring business development trends and market dynamics.With guidance, prepare and organize documentation and analytical reports in line with regulatory updates and requirements.Support department colleagues in preparing various market analysis reports and provide basic support for Marsh’s business analysis.Assist in consolidating and completing various team management reports on a regular basis and within required deadlines.Support placement-related work, including preparing market quotation comparison tables and submitting placement documents/instructions to insurers.Help maintain day-to-day contact with insurers/markets to ensure smooth communication and to effectively support the team.Maintain good working relationships with internal CE Teams and assist them in providing professional and efficient services to clients.Perform other placement-related duties as assigned by the Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou placement teams.搜集并分析相关保险及再保险市场信息,跟踪业务发展现状及动态结合监管政策更新,整理相关文件及分析报告协助部门同事完成各种市场分析报告,为Marsh业务分析提供支持定期汇总并按时完成各类团队管理报告负责保险业务排分工作,准备市场报价对比表,向保险公司提交投保文件/指示维持与保险公司/市场的日常联系,确保信息沟通顺畅,高效协助完成团队工作维持与公司业务团队的合作关系,配合其为客户提供专业、高效的服务完成北京/上海/广州排分团队安排的其他相关工作What you need to have:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry is preferred.Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, patient, and able to work efficiently.Good communication skills, with strong writing ability and solid data analysis skills.Proficiency in English reading and writing.具有至少3年保险行业相关工作经验拥有硕士或学士学位工作责任心强,细致耐心,工作效率高具备良好的沟通能力,文字表达能力及数据分析能力具备熟练的英语读写能力Why join our team:
