**Who we are** We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining database solutions for our Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications. Your work will directly impact our data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring our systems are efficient, robust, and aligned with business requirements. **What you'll be doing** + Develop and test programs using PL/SQL for Data Warehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI) applications + Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs + Create and implement data processing pipelines and ETL workflows + Prepare detailed technical specifications and conduct code reviews to identify and resolve issues + Standardize and optimize software development practices + Establish best practices to enhance development productivity, adhering to programming principles and techniques + Research and integrate new technologies to keep solutions technically advanced + Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ETL processes, ensuring system reliability **What you'll bring along** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification. + Minimum 5-10 years of experience in PL/SQL + Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c or newer + Knowledge of version control tools (Git/SVN) and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins + Familiarity with ETL tools and SQL database integration (Oracle and PostgreSQL) + Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and exposure to Data Lakes and Data Vaults + Understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, OCI, or AWS + Ability to work collaboratively with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs + Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices is a plus + Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage + Excellent command of both spoken and written English **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
