Job Title: Piping DesignerJob Description The piping designer will be responsible for creating detailed designs and layouts for piping systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities + Perform CAD design of basic equipment layouts and piping routings that align with codes, standards, and client requirements. + Coordinate work with other lead designers assigned to the task. + Ensure discipline leads have the correct project standards and checklists. + Maintain and update the overall 3D model as required. + Prepare engineering drawings and documentation. + Participate in meetings with clients as requested. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience in piping design or piping engineering. + Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D. + Associate's Degree in Drafting or Design. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Revit. + Experience in preparing orthographic drawings. + Experience with Navisworks. Work Environment This is a hybrid position consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The typical in-office days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Travel is limited, with no more than a week on the road and always home by the weekend.
