Responsibilities

Design mechanical and piping systems using 2D and 3D design tools.Develop piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), general arrangement drawings (GA), equipment plans, and piping orthographic and isometric drawings.Understand and implement the engineer’s design development process.Review and ensure accuracy of mechanical supplier documents.Coordinate mechanical/piping design activities with other discipline groups.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Plant 3D, and piping design.8+ years of experience in industrial piping design.Knowledge of energy systems, steam equipment, and gas compressors.Ability to physically route pipes and design pipe supports.Understanding of pressurized air, condensate, and BOP systems.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mount Holly, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50/hr.
