We have both day and swing shifts available with pay ranging from $26/hr - $30.00/hr. **Material Handler 1 (Entry-Level)** Join our team as a Material Handler 1! This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow in material handling. Responsibilities include receiving and putting away parts, replenishing production lines, and ensuring inventory accuracy. You’ll also be cross-trained on various tasks like Kanban fulfillment and warehouse safety practices. **Requirements** : High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 35 lbs., and willingness to work independently. Preferred candidates have 1+ year of material handling experience and knowledge of inventory systems. **Material Handler 2 (Intermediate)** As a Material Handler 2, you’ll perform essential warehousing tasks and help train less-experienced handlers. Responsibilities include parts replenishment, order processing, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of inventory control and lean warehousing principles will be key in this role. **Requirements** : 1–2 years of related experience (or 2–4 years externally), computer proficiency, and ability to operate material handling equipment. High school diploma or equivalent required. **Material Handler 3 (Advanced)** Seeking an experienced Material Handler 3 to lead complex warehousing tasks, from managing inventory audits to coordinating special projects. In this role, you’ll mentor other team members and handle advanced equipment operations.
