Job Title: Pipefitter

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay: $25-35/hr

Shift: 1st shift, 7am - 3pm

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Pipefitter with experience in industrial piping and plastic fittings to join our fabrication team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to the success of our custom-engineered systems. Plumbing experience welcome!

What You’ll Do

Assemble, install, and maintain complex piping systems (cutting, threading, welding)Work with plastic and specialty materials for high-performance applicationsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsEnsure all work meets safety standards and engineering specificationsConduct inspections and pressure tests to verify system integrityCollaborate with engineers and project leads to resolve challengesSupport and mentor junior team members

What You Bring

Proven experience as a pipefitter in industrial or custom fabrication settingsStrong knowledge of piping techniques, especially plastic fittingsAbility to read and interpret technical documentationAttention to detail and pride in quality workFamiliarity with PPE and safety protocolsPhysical ability to handle heavy materials and toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; trade certification a plus

Work Environment

This role is based in an industrial shop that’s currently not temperature controlled — cooler in winter, warmer in summer. We’re actively investing in upgrades to transition to a climate-controlled facility.
