This role involves the installation, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems in industrial and construction environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, and maintain stainless and carbon steel piping systemsRead and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and schematicsCut, thread, and hammer pipe using saws, torches, and threadersInspect installations for compliance with specifications and safety standardsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and trades for timely completionRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience with stainless and carbon steel pipingProficient in reading technical drawings and schematicsStrong knowledge of pipefitting tools, equipment, and safety proceduresPreferred Qualifications

Ability to read and work from blueprintsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationWork EnvironmentHeavy industrial plants and new construction sitesPotential job sites include Ingevity, Ineos, and Kinder Morgan in Charleston, SC

 

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
