**Job Title: Pipefitter** **Monday - Friday; long-term work in a new construction work settings** **Pay based on experience; $22-$35/hr.** We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring, cutting, and fitting various types of pipes, including steel, copper, and PVC. This role involves working with carbon and stainless steel, as well as threaded and welded pipes. Responsibilities + Measure, cut, and fit pipes in the field using materials such as steel, copper, and PVC. + Work with carbon and stainless steel for threaded and welded piping systems. + Utilize different welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate pipe fitting. + Understand pipe sizing and selection for various applications. Essential Skills + Experience in pipe fitting and fabrication. + Proficiency in cutting and measuring pipes made from various materials. + Knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Experience with pipe sizing and selection. Work Environment The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with projects typically located within a one-hour radius around the Cleveland area. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
