Pipefitter Helper

Location: Brighton, CO

Employment Type: Contract (Potential for permanent placement after 6 months)

Join a dedicated team supporting essential water and wastewater infrastructure in Brighton, CO. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pipefitter Helper with 1–3 years of experience to assist in the installation and maintenance of high-quality piping systems. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for long-term growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

•\tAssist in the rigging, bolting, and installation of 3”–24” ductile iron and carbon steel pipe

•\tSupport above-ground pipe installation, ensuring work meets all safety and quality standards

•\tSafely handle and transport heavy materials and equipment

•\tInstall pipe supports, hangers, and related components under supervision

•\tAdhere to all site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

•\t1–3 years of relevant experience in pipefitting or industrial mechanical work

•\tWorking knowledge of ductile iron and carbon steel pipe systems

•\tAbility to lift and carry heavy materials in a physically demanding environment

•\tStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety

•\tPreferred: Basic plumbing or mechanical skills

Work Environment:

This role is based at a municipal water/wastewater treatment facility. The environment involves exposure to industrial equipment, outdoor conditions, and construction-related activities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically intensive and safety-regulated setting..

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
