**Job Opening:** Pipefitter **Location:** Copper Mountain, Colorado **Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4x10s) + occasional Friday overtime **Overview** We’re hiring a skilled Pipefitter to join a reliable crew on a long-term infrastructure project near Copper Mountain. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes safety seriously, works well in a team, and brings experience and focus to the job every day. **Key Responsibilities** • Install piping systems for water, steam, air, and other fluids. • Set up vacuum systems, drainage, and sewage lines from buildings to main utility connections. • Assist with equipment setup and materials for plumbing and mechanical teams. • Support demolition and rebuild work at pump stations under supervision. • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe jobsite environment. **Qualifications** • 2–5 years of experience in pipefitting or a similar trade. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather. • Dependable, collaborative, and self-motivated. • Clear communicator with a solid work ethic. **Preferred Experience** • Familiarity with ductile iron, steel, PVC, and horizontal pump systems. • Background in oilfield or natural gas station work. • Ability to set control points and take field measurements for elevation. **What We Offer** • Long-term work through 2027 in Summit County, CO. • Consistent hours with opportunity for overtime. • A stable, experienced crew with a strong safety culture. • All PPE and safety training provided. • Opportunity to grow within a respected, fourth-generation construction company. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
