Job Title: Pipe Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Pipe Welder to join our dynamic piping team. This role involves TIG welding stainless steel and carbon steel pipes for sanitary and food processing manufacturing plant installations. The ideal candidate will be eager to travel frequently and possess strong welding experience, with a preference for those holding a 6G TIG welding certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel pipes.Travel to various construction and job sites, primarily within PA, NJ, DE, MD, and VA.Assemble, maintain, and install structural units and piping systems.Work both indoors and outdoors, often at heights, in diverse and challenging environments.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and contribute to installation projects.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 5 years in the mechanical field with experience in TIG welding.Mechanical aptitude and strong welding knowledge.Experience in welding various types and sizes of pipes, including carbon and stainless steel.Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or SMAW welding methods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with mechanical troubleshooting, rigging, and pipe work.Experience working on process piping or pipelines.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of DENVER, Pennsylvania.

Pay - $25-$37/hr plus

$75.00 / day per diemCompany covers hotel expensesOvertime pay each day after 8 hoursFull benefits package

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
