Job Title: Pipe Welder
Job Description

Seeking skilled pipe welders with expertise in TIG, MIG, and flux welding for a first shift position. Work hours are from 5 AM to 4:30 PM, with an additional 8-hour shift on Saturdays.

ResponsibilitiesInterpret blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures.Select appropriate welding equipment or methods based on requirements.Set up components for welding according to specifications, such as cutting material with powered saws to match measurements.Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.Align components using tools like calipers and rulers, and clamp pieces securely.Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws.Essential SkillsProficiency in welding and fabrication.Expertise in MIG and TIG welding.Experience in pipe welding.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints.Why Work Here?

Work in a dynamic fabrication shop that is non-climate controlled, requiring adaptability to varying conditions.

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
