Required Skills & Qualifications** **Must-Have** + Minimum 2 years of pipe fitting experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Willingness to travel for field assignments + Strong work ethic and reliability + Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Nice-to-Have** + Experience with industrial or commercial pipe systems + Familiarity with welding or fabrication tools + OSHA safety training or certifications **4.
