Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $28.00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00pm to 06:00am)We are seeking a Pilot Plant Technicians with mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our pilot-scale Rare Earth Element separation processes.This role is essential in the transition of laboratory-scale chemistry into full-scale production.The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and has a passion for working with equipment and instrumentation.Pilot Plant Lab Technician Qualifications:
Willingness to learn about chemical operations and chemical process equipment.Working knowledge of chemical safety practices, including handling acids, and bases.Ability to read and interpret process instructions, and technical documents.Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a laboratory environment with small-scale equipment.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
