Job Title: Pick-Pack

Job Description

As a Pick-Pack team member, you will be responsible for efficiently pulling products from pallets in the receiving area and placing them on carts designated for specific areas. Your role involves putting materials away in the aisles based on predetermined locations, using carts to transport items to their designated spots. You will also break down pallets and boxes and ensure they are properly disposed of in the recycling area. Additionally, you will use conveyors to unload products from trucks in the receiving area and load trucks in the shipping docks. Performing quality checks on parcels as they are packed and inserting packing materials as needed are key components of this role.

Shift: 1st shift (8am-4:30pm)

Pay: $18-19/hour

You will be working in a large, state-of-the-art Central Distribution Center that operates 24 hours a day and covers over 450,000 square feet. The facility is climate-controlled, with heating in winter and cooling in summer, although truck loading and unloading areas may experience temperature variations. The environment includes conveyor noise, sirens, and forklift horns, requiring hearing protection in the packing area. The team works at a fast pace to meet customer needs and is expected to maintain professionalism and dress appropriately for frequent customer tours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
