Picker / Packer I – 2nd Shift Location: Ellisville, MO Pay: $18.22 per hour Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Overtime required until 1:00 AM) Schedule: Full-time Job Summary We’re hiring a Picker / Packer I to support our distribution operations in Ellisville. In this role, you’ll help ensure high-quality products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. What You’ll Do Pick and pack finished goods to fulfill customer orders Operate warehouse picking equipment Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions Receive and put away incoming product Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions Stand, stoop, and move throughout the shift Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety rules and quality standards Work collaboratively with a team to meet business objectives Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (from an accredited institution) Must live within 50 miles of the work location (no relocation assistance) Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available) Ability to work overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution experience Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Additional Details Overtime: Required CDL: Not required Why Join Us?
