Picker / Packer – 2nd Shift Location: Ellisville, MO Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Overtime required; may extend until 1:00 AM) Pay Rate: $18.22 per hour Union Site: Yes MUST HAVE AN UPDATED RESUME Job Summary The Picker / Packer I supports distribution operations by ensuring accurate, high‑quality products are shipped to customers in a timely manner. This role works in a fast‑paced, team‑based warehouse environment and plays a key role in meeting business and customer expectations. What You’ll Do Locate, select, and prepare finished goods to fulfill customer orders Operate warehouse picking equipment safely and efficiently Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions Receive and put away incoming product Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks including standing, stooping, and reaching Maintain responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your own work Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with regulatory requirements Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all safety rules and best practices Collaborate with team members to meet business and production goals Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution Must reside within 50 miles of the work location (no relocation assistance provided) Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Ability to work required overtime Preferred Skills & Experience Previous warehouse or distribution experience Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Additional Information Shift: 2nd Shift Overtime: Required Why Join Us?
