This role requires working directly from work orders, utilizing a scanner to verify items, and navigating the facility to pick and box items. Responsibilities also include setting up kits, inspecting finished products, printing labels, labeling and capping products, breaking down expired kits, and participating in annual cycle counts. Accurate documentation on spreadsheets and inventory databases is essential. **Responsibilities** + Work directly from work orders. + Use a scanner to verify items being pulled. + Push a cart to pick and box items. + Set up kits and inspect finished products. + Print, label, and cap products as necessary. + Break down expired kits and participate in cycle counts. + Document work on spreadsheets and use databases to check inventory levels. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of order selection/inventory experience. + Experience with mobile RF scanning equipment. + Strong attention to detail and accurate part counting. + Ability to communicate well both written and verbally. + Proficient in documenting finished work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in pick and pack, material handling, medical kitting, and inspection of finished goods. + Skills in labeling, cycle counting, inventory, assembly, production, hand tools, general labor, packaging, and picking packing. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a lot of room for growth within a reputable medical device company. Some products are stored in freezers, where gloves are provided if needed. The position operates on a swing shift, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
