Picker and Packer

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Picker and Packer associates to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory, packing and labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery. This is a hands-on position that does not require forklift operation—all tasks are performed manually using carts and RF scanners.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack products from inventory.Label shipments and prepare orders for nationwide delivery.Use RF scanners and carts to complete tasks efficiently.Scan, wrap, sort, and organize orders for shipment.Assist with organizing received materials and maintaining accurate inventory counts.Keep work areas clean and adhere to all safety protocols.Lift up to 50 lbs as required.Required Skills & ExperiencePrevious warehouse experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Familiarity with RF scanners.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of warehouse and labeling procedures.Ability to work at a fast yet careful pace.Why Work With Us?Career growth opportunities—advance to roles using pallet jacks and order selectors.Competitive pay and better work-life balance compared to other distribution centers.Enjoy weekly team meals, paid holidays, and PTO.Work Environment & ScheduleAfternoon Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AMNight Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AMMonday through Friday (occasional weekends as needed).Safe and clean workspace with manual tasks only—no heavy equipment operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
