Job Title: Kit PackerJob Description

The Kit Packer is responsible for packaging and releasing kits. This role involves working directly from work orders, using a scanner to verify items, and pushing a cart around the facility to pick and box items. Duties include setting up kits, inspecting finished products, printing labels, labeling and capping products, breaking down expired kits, and participating in annual cycle counts. You will document your work on spreadsheets and use a computer to navigate different databases for inventory checks.

ResponsibilitiesPackage and release kits according to work orders.Use a scanner to verify items and ensure accuracy.Set up kits and inspect finished products.Print labels and label and cap products as needed.Break down expired kits and participate in annual cycle counts.Document work on spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.Navigate databases to check inventory levels.Essential Skills1+ year of order selection/inventory experience.Experience with mobile RF scanning equipment.Strong attention to detail and accurate part counting.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to accurately document finished work.Additional Skills & QualificationsSkills in pick, pack, material handling, medical kitting, and inspection of finished goods.Experience in picking products to be shipped, labeling, cycle counting, inventory, assembly, production, hand tool usage, general labor, packaging, and kitting.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and well-lit, typical of a medical manufacturing facility. Comfortable temperatures are maintained, though some products are stored in freezers, where gloves are provided as needed. The facility resembles a college campus with large break rooms, ping pong tables, workout rooms, and more. The role is for the 2nd shift/Mid Shift, Monday to Friday, 10am-6:30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
