**Job Title: Picker and Packer** Job Description This role involves working off customer orders to prepare and package parts according to specific requirements. The position requires handling shipments using SAP, organizing parts from assembly into warehouse aisles, and consistently lifting between 20-50 lbs throughout the day. Responsibilities + Assist with general shipping duties including tape removal, unit preparation, and weighing/packing various products. + Prepare SAP shipments and assist in the paint/prep area. + Unload incoming parts and place them within the inventory. + Pull parts from inventory in preparation for gearbox and/or motor assembly. + Perform various shop-floater duties related to production expansion or production support. Essential Skills + 1 year of industrial experience in warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, or operator roles. + Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and familiarity with RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with item preparation for shipping. + Previous experience in a shipping department is advantageous. Why Work Here?
