Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory based on customer orders, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring all packages meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Responsibilities also include labeling packages, updating inventory records, and collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping goals. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders daily to meet their expectations.Work in one or more process paths; receiving, picking, packing, or shipping.Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures and complete documentation requirements for hazardous materials.Ensure inventory is stored properly.Collaborate with your team to ensure a positive work experience.Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required.1+ years of general warehouse experience.Experience with powered industrial trucks (Bulk pickers).Ability to use a scan gun and scanning equipment.Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Ability to operate a reach truck.Organizational and communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals) is a plus but not required.Experience with computers and inventory is a huge plus.1 year of picking/packing experience preferred, but willingness to work in a warehouse or distribution center will be considered.Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of AGAWAM, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $22.28/hr.
