**Job Title: Picker and Packer** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Picker and Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing screws for clients. While most products are light, they can weigh up to 45lbs. You will stand throughout your shift, ensuring products are sealed, labeled, and prepared for shipment accurately. Responsibilities + Pick and pack screws and related products for clients. + Ensure all products are sealed and labeled properly. + Use an RF scan gun to track product and inventory. + Follow pick sheets to locate products in specific aisles. + Maintain a clean and organized work station. Essential Skills + Experience with inventory management and RF scanners. + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45lbs. + Strong attention to detail and consistency in work. + Effective communication skills and team collaboration. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Basic computer skills for data entry. + Experience in order picking and packaging. + Familiarity with warehouse packing and labeling processes. Work Environment Join us in a well-organized warehouse filled with racks and bins storing screws, fasteners, washers, and bolts for the manufacturing industry. The facility is designed for efficient workflow, ensuring each employee has their designated space to operate effectively. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to hire position based out of Agawam, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
