**Job Title: Picker and Packer** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Picker and Packer where you will play a crucial role in packing, sorting, and shipping prescriptions directly to retail pharmacies and end-customers. This position operates in a fast-paced, semi-automated production environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount. You'll be responsible for reading computer-generated screens to select the correct items for packing or sorting, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and maintaining a tidy workspace. **Responsibilities** + Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy and efficiency. + Utilize supported hardware and software to complete tasks. + Read computer-generated screens to select correct items for packing or sorting. + Maintain housekeeping standards and complete other duties as assigned. + Fulfill mandatory overtime requirements based on business needs. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in order picking using RF scanners and warehouse packing techniques. + Experience in inventory control, shipping, and receiving. + Ability to perform cycle counts and manage distribution center operations. + Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset. + Basic math, reading, and writing skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Previous pharmacy experience is a plus. + Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 20-30 lbs consistently. + Capability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. + Strong teamwork skills. **Why Work Here?** Work in a clean and organized environment with a supportive team atmosphere.
