**Picker and Packer on Second Shift!** Second shift hours: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday with additional overtime as needed! **Job Description** This role is responsible for the efficient picking, packing, and processing of orders, including single and multiple line orders. The position requires handling ready-ship items. Additionally, the role involves loading outbound trailers using the brick-method of stacking and handling Less Than Truckload (LTL) items. **Responsibilities** + Pick and process items using a portable RF scanner + Maintain conveyor flow and ensure sensors are clear. + Pack boxes securely using appropriate packing materials to ensure safe shipment. + Inspect boxes and products for visible damage, verifying size, fit, and correcting when necessary. + Manually load trailers and verify shipping labels with carrier trucks. + Notify management of any issues with boxes or shipment situations for swift resolution. + Maintain area supplies, including filling bubble machines and requesting additional boxes. + Un-box and prep units for technicians and install hardware components according to specifications. + Re-box and prepare items for shipment, utilizing forklifts or pallet-jacks as needed. + Ensure customer orders meet quality standards and are processed responsively. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
