**Job Title: Picker and Packer** **Job Description** In this role, candidates will be responsible for selecting components for the manufacturing team. They must adhere to a bill of materials to ensure the correct items are chosen. The parts vary in size and include small items such as o-rings, burrs, and small metal components. Candidates must inspect the parts for quality issues before assembling them for delivery to the manufacturing team for final assembly. **Responsibilities** + Follow a bill of materials to accurately pick components. + Inspect parts for quality issues. + Deliver assembled components to the manufacturing team. + Ensure accuracy and quality in picking and packing tasks. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand a bill of materials. + Experience in picking and packing. + Proficiency in order picking and warehouse packing. + Experience with inventory management and RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing is preferred. + Ability to read and understand instructions. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a stable work schedule and a supportive environment where safety is a priority.
