**Job Title: Picker** **Job Description** As a Picker, you will be responsible for pulling raw materials or prefabricated parts to support welders in their tasks. The primary objective is to ensure welders can maintain a steady workflow. This position is versatile, requiring you to assist in loading trucks, sweeping, and performing other tasks around the facility when necessary. The department includes 12 welders when fully staffed, contributing to a total of 75 employees, including office staff. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52624.00 - $52624.00/yr.
