**Job Title: Picker**
**Job Description**
The Picker role involves handling and organizing various materials and products within a warehouse setting. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate assembly and packing of products for shipment, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the efficiency of the warehouse operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive valves from assembly accurately.
+ Collect all material for Manifold Assembly.
+ Verify material against Bill of Materials (BOM).
+ Match Manufacturing Orders (MO's) for kit orders.
+ Assemble boxes.
+ Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of material being packed and shipped to customers.
+ Coordinate shipping documents.
+ Ensure products are properly packed and organized for accurate and safe delivery.
+ Label shipments of products using marking tools.
+ Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
+ Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
+ Examine and inspect shipment, materials, and products to verify packing specifications are met.
+ Prep orders for Packers.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to lift 35-50 lbs repetitively.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Ability to communicate in English.
+ Accurately count parts.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to operate material handling machinery.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English.
+ Ability to take initiative.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ year material handling experience.
+ RF scanner experience.
+ Past warehouse experience.
+ Comfortable working overtime.
+ Being on their feet for extended periods.

**Work Environment**
The manufacturing environment is well-lit and temperature-controlled, with oils present in the assembly department. There are two facilities located in Lincolnshire and one in Vernon Hills, and employees may be assigned to either of the Lincolnshire locations.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
