Physician Sales Support – Allergy, Asthma & Immunology

Join our team as a Physician Sales Support Specialist, where you will help expand access to key Accredo therapies by building trusted relationships with Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology physician offices. In this role, you will drive business growth, support technology adoption, and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve the patient and provider experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory strategy that supports new business growth and strengthens existing relationships.Articulate Accredo’s programs and services to drive provider engagement and utilization.Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to source new opportunities, qualify leads, and convert referrals.Develop strong relationships with physician office staff by understanding needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions.Promote and sell technology solutions to drive office adoption and improve workflow efficiency.Partner with internal cross‑functional teams to support daily territory activity and align on pull‑through efforts.Collaborate with Account Management Payer Leads to support payer‑driven initiatives.Serve as a subject matter expert for product rollouts, corporate initiatives, and cross‑functional projects.Represent Accredo at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and external meetings.Deliver virtual presentations tailored to customer needs.Use data insights to identify key accounts, prioritize opportunities, and build a strategic territory plan.

Required Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience; healthcare experience preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and virtual meeting tools.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work cross‑functionally to resolve issues and support client needs.Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.Knowledge of the healthcare or PBM industry.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
