Fairview is seeking a Rheumatologist to join our practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Elk River and Princeton. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care, including joint injections, to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.
Practice Details:
Primarily based in at the M Health Fairview Clinic - Elk River and M Health Fairview Clinic – PrincetonWhile there will be one Rheumatologist at this site, there are colleagues available across the integrated system12-16 patients per dayMinimal call – telephone responsibility onlyEstablished referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.We have an exceptionally strong primary and specialty care referral base within the care system. A full integrated EMR system is in place (EPIC)
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training programBoard Eligible or Board CertifiedLicensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice LicensureAbility to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of MinnesotaMeet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
