Fairview is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join the Emergency Medicine Department at M Health Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN.

 

Practice Details:

Join a team of 15 Physicians and 7 APRNs/PAsFTE: 0.7-1.0Fairview Lakes Medical Center is a 65 licensed bed facility and 24 bed EDLevel IV Trauma CenterDepartment sees an average of 77 patients per dayAnnual Emergency Department volumes: 28,000Approximately 15% of the Emergency Department visits are pediatricsPhysician shift times are 8-10 hours during the week and 10-12 hours on weekends.APRNs/PAs Coverage 10a-8p most daysFully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited ACGME Emergency Medicine training programBC/BE with American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic AssociationLicensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice LicensureAbility to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of MinnesotaMeet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
