Job Title: Physician AssistantJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join a high-end facial plastic surgery practice located in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facial surgery and the ability to manage their own patient panel. You will support the primary surgeon in the operating room and assist with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities + Support the primary surgeon in the operating room. + Manage and carry your own patient panel. + Assist with pre and post-operative care coordination. + Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a great bedside manner. + Engage in medical administration and record-keeping tasks. + Assist with answering patient questions and ensuring comprehensive pre and post-operative care. Essential Skills + Hands-on experience with facial plastic surgery procedures such as face lifts, neck lifts, eye lifts, rhinoplasty, brow lifts, lip augmentation, chin and cheek enhancements, and ear surgeries. + Strong understanding of medical terminology. + Experience in medical record management. + Proficiency in medical administration. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Great bedside manner. + Commitment to elevating the quality of care. + Experience with pre and post-operative care. Work Environment The position is based in a high-end private practice in Manhattan, offering a work schedule from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, onsite. The practice provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare (dental, vision, medical), a 401K plan, and three weeks of paid time off (including one week of sick leave and two weeks of personal leave). Malpractice insurance and continuing education costs are covered by the practice. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
