As a Full Time Physician Assistant, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Hamilton, OH. 
The scheduled hours are 30-40 hours per week. Wednesday and Thursday shifts until 6pm required with flexibility on other days of the week:  Monday, 7am-5pm, Tuesday, 7am-5:30pm, Friday, 7am-3:30pm. DEA RequiredPrimary care and chronic condition management 

What You’ll Do

Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreementsPerforms procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection managementDevelops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of careEducates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and developmentOrders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditionsCollaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive carePrescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapiesRefers patients to specialists or physicians as neededMaintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and recordsPerforms other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Maintains state licenses/certifications to practiceMaintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable)Current NCCPA national certification requiredDegree from ARC-PA accredited programFederal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (New York ROPES registration)Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services  At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $104,832.00 - $131,040.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
