Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Per Diem

Pay:

PT: $80 per visit PTA: $55–$60 per visit  

Location: O’ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)
Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your patients

Responsibilities

Provide in-home physical therapy visits Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team

 

 

Requirements

Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred) Strong documentation and communication skills Driver’s license + reliable transportation
