Relocation support available for qualified applicants* What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, or mobility conditions Develop personalized treatment plans focused on recovery, function, and independence Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (physicians, nurses, and therapists) Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance within EMR systems Build trusted relationships with patients and families while fostering a positive therapy environmentWhat You’ll Need Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active or eligible WV Physical Therapy License (licensure support available) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for patient care — new grads welcome!
