Responsibilities:
Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist in Rhode Island Conduct patient evaluations to determine the need for therapy and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with physician orders, agency policies, and professional standards Implement and adjust treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes thoroughly Educate and instruct patients’ family members, PTAs, aides, and caregivers in proper therapy techniques to ensure continuity of care Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities Evaluate patient response and modify treatment strategies as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatments Ensure compliance with all safety, confidentiality, and professional standards Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
