Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: 13951 West Grand Avenue, Unit 201 Surprise, Arizona 85374
Incentives: $20K Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, plus Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
