Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)Demonstrate a complete understanding of yard functions, including safety procedures, pipe movement, and general yard operations.Follow and apply all requirements outlined in SOP VI-005.Perform all documentation tasks required by direct and indirect supervisors, including job packets, phosphate log sheets, and production reports.Conduct daily phosphate testing and accurately complete all associated logs as required.Carry out all phosphate duties in alignment with facility management goals for maximum safety and production efficiency.Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with facility housekeeping procedures.Report any procedural violations or concerns in other departments to the Yard Foreman and/or Plant Manager promptly.Phosphate Operator Qualifications:
Previous experience in industrial, yard, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.Familiarity with production reporting or quality?control documentation.Ability to work in outdoors and in physically demanding conditions.Strong teamwork skills and a safety?first mindset.Forklift experience is required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
