Job Title: Phlebotomist
Work Environment
This position offers a relaxed work environment with a manageable schedule of one blood draw every 30 minutes. The workweek consists of Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, and Thursday to Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, totaling approximately 7 hours per week. The role provides a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and professional growth.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced medical equipment by drawing blood from donors for testing. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in cutting-edge research and development, particularly in tools used for open heart surgery. Though the position may not offer extensive career progression within phlebotomy, there is ample opportunity to grow and learn about other aspects of the company.
Responsibilities
Perform blood draws on donors for equipment testing.Ensure accurate and efficient processing of blood samples.Deliver exceptional customer service to donors.Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled hours.Essential Skills
Proficiency in phlebotomy and blood drawing techniques.Excellent customer service skills.Phlebotomy certification (CPT).Effective time management and punctuality.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in blood sample processing.Strong social skills and the ability to interact with donors.#LI-SC1
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Parker, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
