  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent, required.   Certified in Phlebotomy from a National Organization, preferred. Minimum of one (1) year Phlebotomy experience OR Phlebotomy/Medical Assistant education program, required.
